Sheer Genius

The Passat - you could say it is a work of sheer genius. The car of your dreams that stops you from dreaming. Equipped with a host of driver assistance features, the Passat stands at the forefront of technological advancements, and falls nothing short of exceptional.

Rest Assist Fatigue Detection System is a ground-breaking feature designed to keep you alert when you've been on the road for a long time, the Rest Assist Fatigue Detection System senses fading concentration levels by intelligently measuring your pedal and steering wheel use, in addition to transverse acceleration. The Passat then warns you when a break is needed via an acoustic signal and a visual message displayed on the instrument cluster - just another example of what makes the Passat a very, very intelligent vehicle. And no, it doesn't make the coffee.....yet!

High beam control Light Assist, using a camera in the interior mirror, Light Assist works from speeds of 60 km/h by sensing oncoming traffic and automatically dips the main headlight beam. Once the traffic has passed by, the headlight beam is reactivated.

The Passat's alluring and astute design is matched only by its beautiful stature and unmistakably elegant lines, which means that, whichever way you look at it, the Passat's aesthetic is unequivocally Volkswagen in design: stylish, enticing and innovative.

Safer than houses, safety should never be compromised. That's why the Passat has built in state-of-the-art safety features that have surpassed all European safety tests. With a 5-star Euro NCAP Safety Rating, the Passat will ensure that you stay out of harms way.

Finished to perfection, attention to detail and highest quality materials in a luxurious perfectly thought out cabin. The soft touch plastics and premium fabric and leather renders a sophisticated high class interior. Precision engineered instruments and unmatched design talk to the sheer genius of the Passat.
