Horoscope

Date: 2014-02-21

Think back about 18-21 months. What was happening? What's been left unfinished? Did you have a training idea? Have you left it too late? Is it time to ride this dream again? Once the Sun slips into Pisces midweek attention will return to image and momentum could be lost. Connections made late Monday and Tuesday could be so useful if this former plan isn't to be lost. It's worth mentioning in that in this pre-birthday month (from the Sun's arrival in Pisces) physical vitality can be low.

Perhaps you didn't know just how much a group of people really cared? As of Wednesday you could find out. It seems your contribution to a project will be sorely missed - assuming you've had to 'move on'. It might be as well to anticipate others coming back for guidance and to be enchanted with your vision. Yes, that's the word: enchanted. Practical as you may be, you also have a gift for entertaining, for design and colour.

Don't under-estimate your gift for thrift. You might not WANT to work to a budget, but you can do it. You have imagination (loads) and probably have inherited wisdom too. It's likely to be items (and past training) that come to the rescue over Monday and Tuesday. As of midweek when the Sun arrives in another of the Mutable signs and goes on to align with Neptune at the very top of your solar chart, you could be positively transported to other realms.

It's helpful to think of the Sun's move from one sign to another as a 'gear shift'. Negotiating this change can cause grating - which is what could happen early this week. It may be that too many people are asking you to display super-powers. It's not that you can't help but that you probably wish they'd use a degree of common sense and tackle some of these issues themselves!

The big news this week is that the Sun moves from your opposite sign into Pisces where it highlights an area of your solar chart that's all about the deepest and most personal relationships of all. For some, this is an area for 'life, death and resurrection'. Anticipate the focus to move toward legacies - but also healing. Within a few days of the Sun's arrival in Pisces it aligns with Neptune. True, this can bring disillusionment and seduction.

Mercury is still retrograde and, until at least Wednesday, you may still be going back over things. You could view this as being a 'tidying of the mind' period. That could include arriving at the conclusion that a project has come to its natural end - or that to go forward will require fresh ideas. Interestingly, help may be close at hand. Almost as soon as the Sun slips into Pisces (your opposite sign) midweek, there are indications of near magical development.

Reflection might suit you - at least until Wednesday. It may be that you decide that you made a miscalculation: either with financial costs or with time. Addressing this issue before moving forward probably won't be too hard if done before the Sun moves into Pisces (Wednesday). After then the accent turns to presentation AND importantly, just how long you're prepared to commit to something. An idea may have far, far reaching consequences - like a journey that starts off as short but ends up as a full expedition or trek.

Those born under Cancer and Virgo are supposedly the great 'worriers' of the zodiac whereas you are supposedly a great warrior. This week you could give those other signs a master-class in the art of being concerned. It's almost as though you lose your armour (which you will find later of course). Of course it could be that it feels as though others are leaving you in the lurch. Soon after the Sun moves into Pisces (Wednesday), it would be understandable if you experienced a sense of loss and abandonment.

Midweek the Sun moves from Aquarius to the base of your solar chart (Pisces) where, within days, it aligns with Neptune. Feeling lost? Well that's exactly how it could feel by the end of the week. It might be as well to anticipate confusion and misunderstanding. On the upside, you might also experience an altered state of awareness that allows you to tune into something you really, really want to make part of your life journey.

Mercury is still retrograde and it may be that you're still going over errors that others made weeks ago. And yes, this could be tiresome - especially over Tuesday and Wednesday when you might wonder if resolving these mini dilemmas will ever come to an end. What you may crave is something you can really get your teeth into. It's not that that isn't on the horizon either : more that those who should be running the show don't yet have clarity as to what they want and the appropriate time line.

Retrograde Mercury has slipped back into your sign providing a few days for serious reflection. Uncomfortable as it may feel, it's possible you'll feel you made a 'wrong' move and berate yourself. But did you really get up one morning determined to ruin your life? Probably not. It's as likely that you've taken a stepping stone that's not as safe as you'd like it to be and that you now need to consider what the next move should be. This task will get easer but yes, after the Sun moves into Pisces midweek you might wonder if you've 'lost out'.

The Sun is on its way to your sign (Wednesday) where, within days, it aligns with Neptune. You can think of this as a 'looking out onto the ocean' moment. No, this doesn't mean you're ship-wrecked! It's more likely that you could move off in any direction. Yes, of course you might appreciate seeing ships and signs of help. With Mercury retrograde though, they might not appear until closer to the end of the month. So yes, there may be a large part of you experiencing intense longing as the week ends.
