RESONATE WITH OM.

Instead of our usual date night dinner, my husband, Kamendran and I decided to join the Equinox Maha Om Chanting with Swami Vishwachakradharananda of the Bhakti Marga Foundation last Monday. A night that we were able to let go of all the stress of this material world and just enjoy the silence and peace of our own energy guided by the respected Swami. I remembered my first experience with Om Chanting when I was pregnant with my little one. It was the most powerful moment that I have shared with her. Where from silencing my monkey mind and connecting to divinity and the Universe I was able to have an experience with her. I looked across and saw such joy emanating from my husband's aura and when I asked him about his experience he said, 'I felt as though I was a part of the Cosmos, energised and more powerful than I can ever be and yet so peaceful.' The Resonate with Om program is definitely one that is meant for souls journeying to realise your true potential to attain your natural peaceful state and be able to heal yourself, others and your surroundings.

The Bhakti Marga Organisation is an international organisation, promoting oneness & unity among people. This organisation was founded by Paramahamsa Vishwananda, an enlightened master whose teachings of spirituality and the principles of Unconditional Love has spanned the continents, encouraging and enlightening individuals. Unconditional Love being the path to attaining peace and harmony. The Master's teachings are simple and can be applied to anyone of any faith and denomination. These teachings include meditation, seva, Om Chanting, prayer and collective worshipping through singing bringing the individual into oneness with source and their divinity within. It connects them with their soul and its purpose.

Swami VishwaChakradharananda, who is an initiate of Paramahamsa Vishwananda Swami travels the world disseminating the teachings of his Satguru, constantly providing invaluable spiritual guidance to everyone he comes into contact with. I strongly encourage everyone to share an experience of Maha Om Chanting with Swami, taking a journey within to discover ones true self.

It is known that sound and vibration are the creation and Om is this primordial sound, creating and pervading our entire universe. So the sound Om belongs to all humanity, nations and religions. Sound healing is one of the most powerful and simplest methods of healing and Om Chanting is the original healing technique used by the Ancient Rishis (Sages). This has now been brought back from the Himalayas into our world, to help us restore ourselves by improving and balancing us physically, emotionally and spiritually.

When chanting Om, emotions are released, allowing in our inner peace and happiness, whereby only love can awaken. It also uplifts the environment, creating harmony and unity in man and nature. The cosmic vibration of OM realigns all our out of sync vibrations, creating harmony. So by continuously chanting OM within a specifically arranged group of people, the healing power is enhanced and amplified.

The world needs people who are willing to contribute to change. It is time to realise your potential within and to share it with the whole world.
