Through my eyes

"Go back, take care of yourself. Your body needs you. Your feelings need you, your perceptions need you. Your suffering needs you to acknowledge it. Go home and be there for these things." Thich Nhan Hanh

We are not only the accumulation of our own experiences but also a collective set of experiences. We therefore carry the traumas, not only of what we are directly exposed to but of all we gather into our psyches from the people and the media we are exposed to. Equally when we resolve the trapped traumas within our own system - mind body and soul - we contribute to the resolution of trauma of universal consciousness.

Just the other day my friend Pam sent me an interesting video that really resonated with me. The video is just a long rant by an auntie with a strong Mumbai accent telling me to unclutter my life.

At first I thought it was one of those jokes, where out of the blue her walls explode and she is covered in the stuff that she has horded for years. Well it did not happen, what happened was the video got more and more interesting, as she started saying that when we hang on to clutter our world becomes cluttered.

She went on to say that the secret to an abundance of energy in our lives, is to get rid of the things that you don't want or need. Get rid of disorder and chaos and clean your environment. Fix the things that are broken or get rid of them, as they will slow you down and block the energy flow.

If you ignore the emotional and spiritual issues that drain away enthusiasm, self-confidence, curiosity, inspiration, and self-worth, you have pushed away the possibility of evolving and growing.

When that possibility lies fallow, entropy finds a way to win, no matter how smart, good-looking, physically fit, and rich you are. The reason we are here as living creatures is entirely due to the force of evolution. For billions of years evolution has operated as an external, physical agent of growth. Now the frame has shifted, and as conscious beings we must go inward to activate our evolution. If you want to have energy that lasts a lifetime, consciousness evolution is the key.

We are all suffering from loss of our energy, the dissipation of the vital life force of human beings, which you have identified as the law of entropy. This loss might be physical, psychic, aesthetic or even spiritual

However the magic wand to overcome this dystopia, is the evolution of consciousness, rising awareness, freedom from all disheartening setbacks, loss of self-belief, self-confidence and conviction to live every moment of life and defy the mental block of aging.

Yes entropy is inevitable , but nobody should lose heart and leave before the end. Human life is infinite. We are to keep our body and mind ever in vibrant mode, to continue to energize it by self-effort for self-esteem, existence, self-realization and never succumb to any depression, indignity, morbidity, melancholy, negativities.

Lets unclutter our space and move into a realm of order and harmony and lets be the change that we want to see in the world.
