Sorbet La Lucia Celebrates its 5th Birthday

Neerita Ramadene is an sparkly 29 year old beauty. Fresh and determined to succeed in a tough and competitive beauty industry, Neerita is making and she is doing it with style and sophistication of a master.

It has been ten years since Neerita graduated from Camelot International and while she always knew she was meant for bigger brighter horizons, so in 2012 she opened Sorbet La Lucia and not long after that came Hillcrest and Hillcrest Corner.

Everything that Neerita does seems meticulously planned and orchestrated. She thrives on intense pressure and loves the leadership and mentoring role that she holds within her business. She sees each and every one of her therapists as a close family member and she wants them to strive to new heights.

"You would never say this about me but I am a total introvert." The newly married Neerita tells The Bugle, "I come alive when I come to my salon. I find that I can be myself with my customers and my staff. Here I meet so many amazing people and I can be a hostess to my customers."

Neerita is big into empowering her girls, she believes that education is power and insists on training her girls individually, "It is through this interaction that I am able to continue to grow and driven to be better. I am determined to create a difference in the industry."

Neerita is involved with most local charity programs; she is actively assisting in fundraisers and charity drives. She wants her business to be an all rounded and holistic enterprise based on good values and solid moral foundations.

Sorbet La Lucia Hillcrest and Hillcrest Corner are just the start of her business empire. The dream is to own five franchises including the Sorbet Dry Bar and Sorbet Man under one umberla. 'I am hands on in all my business dealings, most days I open up and shut my stores." Neerita tells The Bugle.

"I make sure that I listen to my clients and deliver what my clients want, making sure that each one of my clients walks out of my salon happy. I believe that customer satisfaction has no price tag. I employ only advanced skin specialists and master therapists and we pride ourselves in excellence."

There is no denying; Neerita's salons are fragrant and spotless. Her therapists are genuine and friendly and her service is broad and well priced.

"The key to my success is passion, determination and perseverance and I invite everyone to come and visit my stores and see my passion for this industry."
