Through my eyes

What is the one thing you desire most for yourself What is the single thing you want more than anything else; your highest desire

If you're like me, chances are you desire peace of mind. Not just short glimpses of peace, but peace that permeates every moment of the day, undisturbed by the people and events unfolding in your life.

You may also want to experience unconditional, rock solid love. Love that is there regardless of what you do, or you don't do. A grounded, unmoving love that doesn't depend on having someone in your life to provide that love.

Or perhaps you just want unbroken happiness, and on-going contentment in your life.

We all have dreams of what we want from life, but many of us have a hard time knowing how to achieve those dreams. Just wishing for something will not make it happen.

My friend Jim has a theory, he says; "Sometimes the things we want most in life are the things that will kill us. So I think I'm just better off with what I've got."

Good things don't usually come through happy accidents. Themost successful people design their own lives and then live their lives with purpose. Their first step is attaining clarity.

Without clarity, it is almost impossible to generate the kind of focus necessary to act swiftly and deftly on a daily basis. If you have no clear vision, there is nothing to tie your objectives to and nothing to measure your progress and performance against.

When you have clarity about your vision, you discover yourself being pulled toward it, and all you have to do is follow the connecting opportunities that carry you along, allowing you to mark your victories faster and faster.

Think about a time when you've been excited and regenerated at the thought of achieving a big goal. There's nothing like that adrenaline rush. When you have clarity, you get that excitement, building and fuelling your energy.

Clarity and focus together form the basis of execution. So get completely clear about the things that you want, and then take action.

Buddha said, "Root of all evil is desire."

The problem is not that we must not desire or fulfil our ambitions. The problem is that we attach our inner happiness and bliss to the outcome of those desires.

Remember! Happiness is already there, its already hidden in the present moment. You can be blissful without reason.

Its good to understand that nothing is permanent. Your looks, joy, sorrow, youth or evenlife, they all are perishable. Do not waste your time chasing dreams for meaningless numbers on a computer screen. Rather chase life and bliss.

Come onwe only have one life, lets live it like there's no tomorrow.
