What is the issue

The more I watch the tangled Brexit efforts of the English, the more I am convinced that Government is a tool of the banks and not the other way around.

Poor Theresa has been set upon by almost everyone except the Queens Corgis. And I thought we had problems. Rumours of one group threatening to cause a financial collapse in a last ditch effort to prevent Theresa from getting a Brexit deal may or may not be true, but they are very believable. And there it is, it is now out in the open that we can trust our politicians to be unscrupulous. We can trust them with very little these days, but we can trust them to be corrupt. The whole system is riddled with rot, from the relationship of the church and the state, the banks and the state, it's the reason the state is in such a state.

The Kashoggi murder is still a tool in the hands of some, Donald, who wouldn't sully his consciousness with the contents of the 'murder tapes' has threatened sanctions against Saudi Arabia for the dastardly deed, sanctioning arms sales no less. I bet a few innocent children will now get the chance to starve to death instead of being bombed into oblivion, while the arms sellers find some 'sanction busting' methods and carry on buying and selling the death machines from the US.

The Americans are openly getting involved in vote rigging with the upcoming election of the new head of Interpol. They didn't seem to upset with Jackie Selebie, but Major General Aleksandr Prokopchuk, of the Russian police, is just not acceptable to the US, so they have begun a campaign to prevent delegates from voting for theRussian.

Besides pulling out of the Iran Nuclear deal and threatening to pull out of the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces treaty, Trump is also threatening to cut the $1.3 Billion aid to Pakistan because "They were just one of many countries that take from the United States without giving anything in return. That's ENDING!" As far as the INF deal is concerned, Putin has come out in his calm sensible manner to say that Russia will not be drawn into an arms race, but cautioned that the us must "treat this issue with full responsibility", something that's obviously not in Donald's play list, and warned that their decision to withdraw from the agreement "cannot and will not be left unanswered."

So the issue of Pravin Ghordan testifying in the State Capture Enquiry seems to dwindle into ineffectual frivolity by comparison to the threat of a nuclear arms race.

We can be very happy that the former North West Province Chair, Supra Mahumapelo, and his four accomplices took another back step in their court procedures, trying to get back into the driving seat of a province that generates oodles of cash.

Well these interesting days are like a ride on a scary fun fair train-in-a-tunnel, not knowing where the next preposterous, unscrupulous, corrupt endeavour will spring from. They're everywhere, they're everywhere.
