ALFA ROMEO GIULIA - A LEGEND EMBODIED

The updated Giulia embodies Alfa Romeo legend: cutting-edge and innovative engines;perfect weight distribution; unique technical solutions; excellent power-to-weight ratio and, of course, a truly extraordinary design with unmistakable Italian flair.

The sheer number of innovative technical solutions is dazzling: the whole car embodies a new concept. The front suspension has double wishbones with semi-virtual steering, to make the suspension angle more controllable and obtain optimal road grip: the two lower links create a "scissor" movement that generates a linear feeling in all conditions. The new Alfalink ™ is introduced on the rear suspension, a multi-link system with four-and-a-half links: rigid when cornering, but also longitudinally flexible. Both these solutions are "made in Alfa Romeo".

Giulia's all-aluminium engines remain the same, but are now Euro 6b-final compliant. The 2.0-litre turbocharged power units are filled to the brim with Italian character and impressive performance offering 206kW and fuel consumption as efficient as 8.4 l/100km on the combined cycle. Power is transferred to the rear wheels via an eight-speed automatic transmission and carbon-fibre drive shaft for exhilarating performance.

The ultimate sports sedan – the Giulia QV – also receives model-year updates and continues to impress. It’s 375kW bi-turbo V6 engine catapults the Giulia up the road to 100km/h in 3.9 seconds and on to a top speed of 307km/h.

Extreme performance and leading-edge technology are unmistakably conveyed by the unique style of Giulia QV, the finest expression of Italian design, interpreted with Alfa Romeo's unique flair and the perfect synergy of form and function, in a sensual, muscular car body.

The Giulia QV is equipped with the exclusive Alfa^TM Chassis Domain Control unit and innovative Alfa^TM Active Suspension, the system that continually, actively controls the suspensions and shock absorbers. The Giulia QV guarantees impeccable handing and comfort thanks to its suspension layout, with the exclusive AlfaLink^TM technology: up front it has a double wishbone system with semi-virtual steering axis, with a four-and-a-half link Multilink system at the rear. In any situation and at all speeds, driving the Giulia QV is natural, instinctive, and extremely rewarding.

The same sporty imprint, with a touch of typically Italian elegance, is found in the interior, which has been tailored with painstaking craftsmanship and premium materials: carbon fibre, leather and Alcantara. The centre of the dashboard is dominated by the Alfa^TM Connect 3D NAV 8.8-inch infotainment system. The system offers Apple CarPlay, the smarter, safer way to use your iPhone in car as well as being Android Auto^TM compatible, bringing the best of Google into the car.
