Space to Breathe Christo Barnard ? Transformational facilitator

The practice of breathing is the simplest and most effective way to pull awareness away from thoughts and into something happening in real time. South African attorney and conveyancing expert, Christo Barnard sheds light on individual transformation and personal growth. Teaching how, by effectively taking control of the breath, we can take control of the mind.

Christo encourages people to practice the simple art of conscious breathing, allowing the sound of the breath to connect to their pure feeling. He stresses that our present lifestyles, where we are living our lives on the outsides, and allowing that to shape our lives, is not sustainable and leads to unrealistic life expectations.

He believes that by practicing conscious breathing we are naturally drawn to our inner sense of calm and peace. And the more persistent and dedicated we are to the practice of conscious breathing, the greater the results will be.

The teachings of breath awareness are Christo Barnard?s life passion. Changing people?s lives through the simple practice of conscious breathing is what Christo dreams about.

Dealing with various aspects of trauma, grief, divorce, loss, death, and or self-love, Christo has gained insight into human psyche through his own painful life journey. He has discovered the phenomenal power of the breath and shows a way to bring inner awareness.

Christo Barnard is a guide. He assists with the hard journey of self-discovery and transformation. He facilitates his guests through a journey to just being. With baby steps and strong motivations, he gently guides each individual to the place of self-love and total acceptance.

Christo Barnard?s ?Space to Breathe? program gives us the tools to find our path on a spiritual journey into the self. With regular mindfulness practice, Christo teaches his guests to bring their thoughts back to the present moment and helps them find a path, to a quiet mind, an open heart and a vulnerable disposition. In truth, Christo shows how we can use our breath to bring us back to the truth.

Recent pandemic restrictions have wreaked havoc on our lives. Leaving a large section of the population feeling uncertain about their future and fearing the impending reality of the new world. Christo encourages living our lives from the place of peace and love, warning that if we do not find our true path we risk being consumed with turmoil and fear.

?Space to Breathe? is a transformational journey into the self through the power of breath and self-realisation. It brings consciousness into the market place allowing people to present their most authentic self to the world around them. Conscious breath and flow is life changing, it is the simplest and most liberating way to pull awareness away from thoughts into something happening now, in the body - like the breath. One can practice breathing, anywhere, without a mat. This practice is grounding and life-changing and available to everyone, regardless of age, gender or religious orientation. Christo teaches how to be Sunny on the inside, breaking through the pretence and showing us the path to the life of freedom. The sensations that arise when our body is under stress: heartbeat, sweat, and tension. The moment we bring awareness to our breath, it is easier to choose peace. And from that place of peace, the natural tendency is to make kinder and more compassionate life choices, creating a fertile environment for growth.

Through breath we nourish the body with a feel good sensation. When we breathe consciously, we prepare an inner landscape opening to accepting the gift of Grace. Christo reminds us that this practice is a wake up call for life, he is the self-proclaimed midwife to the awakening of awareness.

When we hold space in between breaths or in a long hold with silence, we see our choices so clearly: the choice to stay without needing to do, fix, or change a thing - the choice to pause and linger in the now. This conscious practice of breath and flow gives us tools to live a better life so we don?t miss a single beat.
